This website, hiredconstruction.com.au, is run by HiredConstruction (ABN 85 463 790 563), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with a second base in Belfast, Northern Ireland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. General information, not advice

The content on this website and in our free resources is general, practical hiring guidance based on Robert Muckian's experience on construction sites. It isn't legal, employment, tax or financial advice, and it doesn't take your particular situation into account. For awards, contracts, employee-versus-contractor questions, workplace health and safety and employment law, check the Fair Work Ombudsman or get advice from a qualified professional.

We don't guarantee any particular result, such as how quickly a role is filled or how long a new starter stays.

3. Coaching, courses and services

Paid coaching, online courses and Done For You recruitment are covered by separate terms or a written agreement that you'll see before you pay or sign. These cover prices, payment, cancellations, refunds and (for recruitment) fees and any replacement period. If those terms conflict with these website terms, those terms win.

4. Our content and free resources

The text, design, logo, guide, course material and templates on this site belong to HiredConstruction or are used with permission. The photos are Robert Muckian's own, taken on construction sites he has worked on, and aren't for reuse. You're welcome to use any free resources and templates we give you inside your own business. Please don't resell them, republish them or pass them off as your own without our written permission.

5. Using this website

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
• Give accurate details when you fill in a form.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
